Capture Testimonials
Sometimes called “What Our Fans Say” , “Our Fans” , “Raving Fans” or just simply “Fans” the message is the same. You can TRUST us because other companies us our services and love what we do. One of the best ways to capture testimonials is to gather them when one of your customers say to you that they like what your are doing. Jump on the opportunity when they express these positive feelings. You need to get use to asking for testimonials. After all, as you work towards ultimately being REFERRED, you want to gather testimonials that communicate that other KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you.
To make it really easy you can write them an e-mail re-iterating what they said and then ask them to confirm if they are OK with you using these words on your website.
Example: Hi Anne, Thank you for your kind words about our services. You said that, ” It is great working with “Your Company Name” and that we made a big difference to “Clients Name” bottom line this year”. If it is acceptable with you, we would like to use this testimonial on our website. Thank you for your great words of encouragement.

A picture and a company name helps to bring the message home. Testimonials can also be used in other sections or on a side bar.
